Margarita Martin has been a valued member of the Lane’s Tire & Auto team since 2006. She began her career answering phones, assisting customers, and managing front office responsibilities. Although she had no previous experience in the automotive industry when she joined the team, Margarita was eager to learn. She spent countless hours asking questions, learning from the technicians, and expanding her knowledge so she could better serve customers and confidently answer their questions.
Today, Margarita is known for her friendly personality, automotive knowledge, and genuine commitment to customer care. She believes that every customer who walks through the door should be treated like family, and she takes pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and exceptional service.
When she’s not at work, Margarita enjoys spending quality time with her family, who are at the heart of everything she does.
Jeffrey Horning brings more than 20 years of retail experience and 14 years of automotive parts knowledge to the Lane’s Tire & Auto team. During his time as a General Manager with Advance Auto Parts, Jeffrey developed extensive knowledge of automotive parts and a strong understanding of the importance of providing exceptional customer service.
Jeffrey genuinely enjoys the day-to-day interaction with customers and takes pride in helping people find the right solutions for their automotive needs. His combination of industry knowledge, retail experience, and friendly approach allows him to provide customers with helpful guidance and a positive experience every time they visit Lane’s.
Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys spending quality time with his family and going for walks.
